Each session includes intuitive insight, strategic guidance, and practical tools for transformation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payments All coaching sessions are prepaid in full at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payments are securely processed through the Wix system. Sessions are non-transferable. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or missed appointments will forfeit the session fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you. If Stephanie needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive priority scheduling for a future date AS WELL AS A 10% DISCOUNT ON ONE SESSION. Refunds Due to the nature of personalized coaching and energy preparation, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once a session has been booked and confirmed. Session Etiquette Please arrive (or log in virtually) on time and in a quiet, distraction-free environment. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may shorten the session to maintain fairness to other clients. Recording sessions is not permitted without written consent.
